　個人的に家の欠陥問題や訴訟を１０年以上も続けてきた結果、行政や法政への不満、建設・建築業者・金融機関といった企業のモラル不足に対する失望を感じ、問題解決に至るまでの過程に多種多様な障害が存在することを知りました。

　訴訟の闘争中には、偶然にも複数の知人から住宅問題や住宅購入の相談を受けましたが、自身の経験を活かすことによっていずれも良好な結果を得ることができた。私達のアドバイスだけが問題を解決したとは思いませんが、適切なタイミングに、経験者などからの適切なアドバイスや支援を受ければ、問題の多くは早期に円満な解決を迎えることができるのではないかと考えるようになりました。できれば訴訟などの法的措置をとる前に、できるだけ当事者どうしの話し合いの中で、必要に応じた適切な機関や専門家の援助を受けられるよう、コンサルタント的な役割を担う組織が必要だと感じました。

　これまでの経験を活かし、同じような住宅問題や住まいの悩みを抱える皆さんや社会に還元・貢献できるよう、当法人は組織的にサポート活動を行います。

If possible, it was felt that the organization that played a consultant role so that help of the appropriate agency and the specialist according to the necessity was received as much as possible in the discussion about person concerned [doushi] before legislative measures of the lawsuit etc. were taken was necessary.
